Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved. (Romans 10:1)

Prayer for Israel began in 1969 as a response to similar questions “What is happening in Israel and what has God to say about it.” His challenge to followers of Jesus, the Messiah of Israel was “you don’t have to be ignorant anymore.” Ken Burnett, as a Jewish believer in Jesus, discovered the importance of Romans 10:1 “My heart’s desire and prayer to God is that Israel might be saved.”
